Finding
Nutritional Information
The nutritional values for
new foods can be found on the nutritional labels of packaged foods. Most
modern cookbooks will list nutritional values for their recipes. Many restaurants
have brochures detailing the nutritional values of their foods or websites
containing such information. The Nutri-Facts website (http://www.nutri-facts.com)
is a good source of searchable generic information. Your local bookstore
or library will also likely have books available that discuss the nutritional
values of indexed foods.
