Tracking Blood Glucose Levels
Blood glucose levels can be recorded for readings taken before each meal and 1, 2, or 3 hours after each meal, as well as before bed and early in the morning/”middle of the night” (e.g. 3:00 AM), as recommended by your physician or medical team. To enter a reading, click on the time of the reading in the Blood Glucose Level area (shown below). A dialog box will pop-up requesting the amount in milligrams/deciliter (mg/dl). Enter the amount and click “OK”. The amount, with the range it falls in for that time of day (Good, OK, Poor), will appear to the left of the time label. The range shown is based on the values specified when the patient account was setup. To delete a recorded entry, click the time label and then enter “0” for the reading.

Blood Glucose levels may be recorded for various times of the day. Entries
are evaluated as fitting in the good, OK , or poor ranges as specified when
the patient account was setup.
